Beef Chilli

 
Ingredients:
~ Beef (boneless, cut in small pieces) - 1 Kg.
~ Onion (cut in medium pieces cubes ) - 2.
~ Capsicum (cut in medium pieces cubes ) - 1.
~ Spring Onion (cut in medium pieces) - 2
~ Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tsp.
~ Bafat powder - 2 tsp.
~ Schezwan sauce - 2tbsp.
~ BBQ sauce - 2 tsp.
~ Soya Chilli sauce - 1 tsp.
~ Vinegar - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp.
~ Cumin (Jeera) powder - 1/2 tsp.
~ Olive Oil - as required for deep frying.
Salt - as per taste.
~ Coriander leaves chopped - for garnishing.

Method:
~ Marinate the Beef pieces with Vinegar, Turmeric powder, Cumin powder,
   Ginger Garlic paste, Schezwan sauce, BBQ sauce & Salt.
~ Keep aside for 2 hrs in Refrigerator.
~ In a deep Pan, heat Oil and deep fry the marinated Beef pieces.
~ Heat Oil in another Pan and fry the Onions till light brown.
~ Now add Ginger Garlic paste and Turmeric powder and fry for 1 minute.
~ Add the deep fried Beef pieces and cook for 2 minutes.
~ Add Capsicum, Bafat powder, Soya Chilli sauce, Salt and cook for sometime.
~ Now add Spring Onions, stir and cook for 1 minute.
~ Garnish with Coriander leaves and Serve hot. 

Stuffed Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients:
~ Chicken Drumsticks - 10.
Onion chopped - 2.
~ Ginger chopped - 2" piece.
~ Garlic chopped - 4 pods.
~ Green Chilli (finely chopped) - 3.
Cumin (Jeera) powder - 1/2 tsp.
~ Chicken masala powder - 2 tsp.
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp.
~ Vinegar - 3 tsp.
~ Olive oil -2 tsp.
Salt - as per taste.

Method:

~ In  a bowl, mix Vinegar, Turmeric powder, Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilli,
   Cumin Powder, Chicken masala powder & Salt.
~ Clean the Chicken Drumsticks. Slide the skin until the bottom, put some cuts on the
   chicken flesh.
~ Stuff the Chicken Drumsticks with the above
   mixture and cover the same with the skin.
~ Keep aside in Refrigerator for 2 hours. 
~ Heat the Grill Pan and when hot, place
   the stuffed Chicken Drumsticks. Sprinkle 
   little Olive oil and grill for 7 - 8 minutes.
~ Now turn the Chicken Drumsticks, Sprinkle
   Olive oil and grill for another 7 - 8 minutes.  
~ Serve hot.

Prawns Satay

Ingredients:
~ Prawns (Medium sized)  - 10.
Coriander powder - 2 tsp.
~ Fish sauce - 2 tsp.
~ Fish Masala - 2 tsp.
Cumin (Jeera) powder - 1/2 tsp.
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp.
~ Vinegar - 1 tsp.
~ Olive oil -2 tsp.
Salt - as per taste.

Method:
~ Clean the Prawns and marinate with Vinegar, Turmeric powder, Cumin Powder,
   Coriander powder, Fish sauce, Fish masala & Salt.
~ Keep this aside in Refrigerator for 2 hours. 
~ Heat the Grill Pan and when hot, place the marinated Prawns. Sprinkle little Olive oil
   and grill for around 5 minutes.
~ Now turn the Prawns, Sprinkle little Olive oil and grill for another 5 minutes.  
~ Serve hot.

Chicken Masala Fry

Ingredients:
~ Chicken Drumsticks - 10.
~ Olive Oil - 4 tbsp.
~ Vinegar - 2 tsp.
~ Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp.
~ Cumin (Jeera) Powder - 1/2 tsp.
~ Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp.
~ Ginger Garlic Paste - 3 tsp.
~ Schezwan Sauce - 3 tbsp.
~ BBQ Sauce - 1 tbsp.
~ Chicke Masala Powder - 2 tbsp (or as per spicy required).
~ Salt - as per taste.
~ Coriander Leaves chopped - for garnish.

Method: 
~ Wash Chicken Drumsticks (remove the skin) and Marinate with Vinegar, Turmeric
   Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste, Schezwan Sauce,
   BBQ Sauce, Chicken Masala Powder & Salt.
~ Keep it aside for 2 hrs (preferably in Refrigerator).
~ Heat Oil in a Pan.
~ Pour the Chicken Drumsticks along with the marinted mixture into the pan, close the lid
   and allow to cook.
~ If required add sufficient water, so that the Chicken Drumsticks cook properly and will
   not get burnt.
~ Keep stirring frequently, turning the Chicken Drumsticks.
~ Once the Chicken Drumsticks are cooked, remove the lid and keep on flame until
   sufficiently dry.
~ Garnish with Coriander leaves and Serve hot.
