Ingredients:
~ Beef (boneless, cut in small pieces) - 1 Kg.
~ Onion (cut in medium pieces cubes ) - 2.
~ Capsicum (cut in medium pieces cubes ) - 1.
~ Spring Onion (cut in medium pieces) - 2
~ Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tsp.
~ Bafat powder - 2 tsp.
~ Schezwan sauce - 2tbsp.
~ BBQ sauce - 2 tsp.
~ Soya Chilli sauce - 1 tsp.
~ Vinegar - 1 tsp
~ Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp.
~ Cumin (Jeera) powder - 1/2 tsp.
~ Olive Oil - as required for deep frying.
~ Salt - as per taste.
~ Coriander leaves chopped - for garnishing.

Method:
~ Marinate the Beef pieces with Vinegar, Turmeric powder, Cumin powder,
Ginger Garlic paste, Schezwan sauce, BBQ sauce & Salt.
~ Keep aside for 2 hrs in Refrigerator.

~ In a deep Pan, heat Oil and deep fry the marinated Beef pieces.
~ Heat Oil in another Pan and fry the Onions till light brown.
~ Now add Ginger Garlic paste and Turmeric powder and fry for 1 minute.
~ Now add Ginger Garlic paste and Turmeric powder and fry for 1 minute.
~ Add the deep fried Beef pieces and cook for 2 minutes.
~ Add Capsicum, Bafat powder, Soya Chilli sauce, Salt and cook for sometime.
~ Now add Spring Onions, stir and cook for 1 minute.
