Mutton Korma

Ingredients:
~ Mutton (cut in medium pieces) - 1 Kg.
~ Onion sliced  - 2.
~ Tomato sliced - 1.
~ Potato (cut in medium pieces) - 2.
~ Ginger chopped - 1" piece.
~ Garlic crushed - 4 pods.
~ Green Chilli (slit lengthwise) - 2.
~ Red Chilli - 3.
~ Pepper - 1/2 tsp.
~ Cloves - 5.
~ Cinnamon - 1.
~ Bay leaves - 2.
~ Red Chilli powder - 1 tbsp.
~ Cardamom - 5.
~ Yogurt - 1 cup.
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp.
~ Coriander powder - 1 tbsp.
~ Garam Masala powder - 1 tbsp.
~ Ghee - 2 tbsp.
~ Corriander leaves (chopped) - for garnish.
Salt - as per taste.

Method:
~ Mix Garlic, Ginger, Pepper, Cloves, Cinnamon, Bay leaves, Red Chilli powder,
   Coriander Powder, Turmeric powder, Red Chilli & Salt in Yogurt and keep aside.
~ Heat Ghee in a Pan and fry half of the sliced Onions till light brown.
~ Now add the Yogurt mixture to this and fry for 2 minutes.
~ Add Mutton with sufficient water and cook till half done.
~ Now add the remaining Onion slices, Tomato, Potato & Green Chilli and cook for
   around 10 minutes (until the mutton is cooked).
~ Garnish by sprinkling Garam Masala powder and Coriander leaves.
Serve hot with Rice.
