Prawns Satay

Ingredients:
~ Prawns (Medium sized)  - 10.
Coriander powder - 2 tsp.
~ Fish sauce - 2 tsp.
~ Fish Masala - 2 tsp.
Cumin (Jeera) powder - 1/2 tsp.
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp.
~ Vinegar - 1 tsp.
~ Olive oil -2 tsp.
Salt - as per taste.

Method:
~ Clean the Prawns and marinate with Vinegar, Turmeric powder, Cumin Powder,
   Coriander powder, Fish sauce, Fish masala & Salt.
~ Keep this aside in Refrigerator for 2 hours. 
~ Heat the Grill Pan and when hot, place the marinated Prawns. Sprinkle little Olive oil
   and grill for around 5 minutes.
~ Now turn the Prawns, Sprinkle little Olive oil and grill for another 5 minutes.  
~ Serve hot.
