Egg Net filled with Sausage, Bread & Vegetables

Ingredients:
~ Eggs (Beaten) - 3.
~ Sausages (Cut in small pieces) - 4.
~ Carrot chopped - 1.
~ Green Peas - 2 tbsp.
~ Cooking Oil - 2 tsp.
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp.
~ Urad Dal - 1/2 tsp.
~ Ginger chopped - small piece.
~ Garlic chopped - 3 cloves.
~ Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp.
~ Onion chopped - 1.
~ Green chillies chopped - 2.
~ Curry leaves chopped - 3.
~ Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp.
~ Bread - 4 slices.
~ Salt - as per taste.
~ Corriander Leaves chopped - for garnish.

Method:
~ Crush the Bread slices into pieces, mix with little salt and keep aside.
~ Heat Oil in a Pan and add Curry leaves, Urad Dal, Turmeric powder, Mustard seeds.
~ Now add chopped Ginger, Garlic, Green Chillies & Onions and heat until the onions
   turn slightly brown.
~ Add half of the beaten Egg into this and keep stirring.
~ Now add Red Chilli powder, salt (as per taste).
~ Add in the Sausages, Carrot, Green Peas and
   allow to cook for a while.
~ Now add the Bread mixture and keep stirring
   well for sometime.
~ Garnish with Corriander Leaves and keep
   aside.
~ Now heat very little oil in another pan
   (broader pan).
~ Pour the remaining beaten Egg carefully into
   the pan as a "Net".
~ Once done, place the Egg net into a plate. Prepare as many Egg nets as serving.
~ Place the cooked mixture on the side of the Egg Net and roll the other side of the
   Egg net over the mixture.
~ Server hot with Tomato sauce.
